there's nothing wrong with that if you plan on reseasoning the pan.
Yup. I do this all the time when I want to reseason. I'm always grossed out when I see a pan that has several-mm thick layer of rotting grease on it because the owner absolutely refuses to wash it every few months or so.
The only seasoning JD is doing is on the couch.
is that why rubio was making that face? preseasoned
