As a Canadian...contact this person. Learn the ways to protect yourself. We are on your side and will fight with you but you must protect yourself to remain in the fight.
Thank you for the endorsement, if that is the right term, I am just a human being who has suffered and witnessed others suffering and would like to see change and finally has the time and physical/emotional/mental/spiritual energy to increase the size of the action I'm taking and the support and solidarity I am offering to be more in line with my values and hopefully to be more effective. Anyone can make positive changes, it starts with a choice.
That is what is needed. So many are saying they can't or don't have the energy. Individual actions become much greater when many put them into practice. Thank you for your resistance.
