I don't know if this is possible. I just wanna know if I can go from instance to instance. (I think that's what they're called)

Sure, if you want. They're separate sites after all. Is there any particular reason you want to do this though?

It's possible, with an account on each one.

It's not needed, you can always search for the link to a community to join it with the one account you have. I.e. to join https://beehaw.org/c/gaming, search for this link and your server will find the community.
