I mean itβs also unlikely af for the drivers that you mentioned. Other than Perez, Yuki or Ric no one is close to a Red Bull car.
I took your question as an hypothetical focusing purely on driver quality and not on the feasibility of them getting to a Red Bull.
Based on that interpretation your question has no answer, because no driver that is close to a Red Bull can get anywhere near Max.
