Trump will continue trying to prosecute trans individuals and trans supporters with the force of law. Discord is not going to stick their neck out for you. They do not care about you. They're selling all of your information to AI companies to target you.

Have you jumped in to let them know? Because I can't, and that makes three so far in this thread; meanwhile, it seems like you could have just gone ahead and done it already.
I'm already monitoring this kind of threads, organizing discussion here and on [email protected], monitor /r/RedditAlternatives and keep communities like [email protected].
There's only so much someone can do.

I rephrased "sad to hear" to "that's unfortunate"
What about "feel free to jump in and let them know", how would you change it so that it still calls to action?

When I'm home, I'll look into creating an account or two securely and joining in. I'm already telling everyone I know about Lemmy in meatspace, it's remarkable how even my technically-adept friends are still largely on Reddit.
