I have this error:

"Due to an unknown issue, the server occasionally crashes and you will see a "gateway error". I have to restart the server manually when that happens. Trying to figure out a solution and have bought new hardware for replacement."

As to what I have done to debug the issue:

I've looked in every log I could fine in /var/log/, but they are pretty much just blank between the time it crashes and I restart it.

I've also tried disabling GPU transcoding.
