The gradual thinning of your sanity is terrible. It feels like hypoxia gradually setting in, stealing your impetus, rotting your reality, peeling away what makes you human. Gotta get your brain settled with meds before your mind adjusts to the thoughts and you fundamentally cease to be yourself
