I don't, he wanted to kill people so badly that he travelled abroad and joined a foreign military to do it, he is fine where he is.

Hmm I guess it depends on what his reasons were for being there. I missed that he was a mercenary. That kinda makes it a bit more cut n dry though. Poor life choices

There aren't any Chinese conscripts in Ukraine - I don't know how that would happen.
