He has some interesting points about fasting glucose and hba1c not being sufficient to diagnose prediabetes. Instead his practice uses kraft insulin survey, oral glucose tolerance test with insulin OGTT, Lipid Panel with Fractionation, Cardiovascular inflammation markers - microalbiome / creatinine ratio - c-reative protein, homocysteine, and vitamin b12
