To be clear: not my sister, I don't have a thing to do with either of them, and I'm too dumb to ever make such a thing, I just pasted the URL. Some say it's because I'm too easily bored and distracted, but I wonder where squirrels sleep.

It was a joke about the state of modern phone apps. First that anyone could sell such an app and next that all apps have moved to subscription models.
