Jokes on you, Satan; heat doesn’t rise, it moves to cold. Hot air rises.

Hot air also only rises if there is colder air above it... and a path.

The sun is also hottest in the center, despite being a gas/plasma. There is the least amount of gravitation in the center, only denser stuff (colder) rises there, so a complete inversion of this.
