C'est franchement inquiétant... Comme le dit l'article, il y a un effet cliquet de la loi : il n'y a jamais de retour en arrière.

Si encore on avait une police bien contrôlée, disciplinée, avec des contrepouvoirs, je pourrais comprendre. Mais là c'est chaud.
