If that person didn't either drive over or move cones and signs, it's the construction crew's fault, not theirs.
They allied this stuff to my street. They just applied it and said it only needs 15 minutes to dry and I was clear to go. I said well I won't risk it I'll go to the store for a few min. I came back an additional 15 min later and left similar tracks to my house.
Either the worker was an idiot or they prepared the material wrong. Either way at least I went slow enough to not get splatter.
Yeah, this is a facepalm on the construction company. I don't think I have ever seen a road like that done all at once in both sides. Especially in a residential area.
On top of that cones/signs do not seem to be anywhere in sight.
At the end of the video, you can see the tracks come from around the bend. Can't see the end of the street so we don't know if there's cones or signs at the intersection
There should be signs all down the street on both sides warning about parking and driveway access from x time to y time as well. I see nothing.
True but when the camera pans around you can see what aplears to be construction vehicle and also no cones or signs.
There should be cones/signs on both ends of construction.
It does look like they have a flagger from the shadow. Still, if there's no cones or signs that not good enough. Also to my previous point, they shouldn't be doing whole ass sections of road like that. It should be split and driveways should be coned off to prevent this from happening.
I assume they lived on the street and the residents were ill informed
She tries to turn around as soon as she sees the workers. That should say enough.
