And if it isn't allowed, is this site just shilling for WOTC?

The OP is probably mentioning it because there was a subreddit for it. I was subbed, it was mostly creative proxy card art, custom card backs, and a bit of discussion.

At this point I think we're far too small to have more niche mtg related communities though.
