Welcome to today’s daily kōrero!

Anyone can make the thread, first in first served. If you are here on a day and there’s no daily thread, feel free to create it!

Anyway, it’s just a chance to talk about your day, what you have planned, what you have done, etc.

So how’s it going?

$18 postage to have some bourbon aged coffee shipped to me, bought it last weekend and it still hasn't arrived... I didn't realise the aging happened during transit.

It really bugs me when shipping is expensive but slower than normal. If you’re charging more it should be faster.

The worst part is I don't even have a tracking number.

Do you know if they’ve sent it yet? If it was me I’d follow up with them by now.

Yeah I got an automated email on Sunday to say it had been shipped, but no tracking number. I'll email and see what's up.

Edit: They replied almost instantly, they have an email chain with PosteHaste (come on, if you're charging $18 at least use NZ Post). It seems it's been sitting in Christchurch all week, no updates in the tracking since Monday.

Oof Post Haste is usually terrible for me, good luck
