Found this giant wall painting in a boardgame cafe in downtown Madrid! What do you think?

Indeed! I never new its a spanish game. Its a very fun little game: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/180020/virus

Its a card game where each player has exactly three cards in hand at any given time. Some cards are body parts and you will try to build your "body". Other cards are viruses and you can infect other peoples bodyparts. Some cards can steal body parts, switch them or cure them.
