With his absence in BOTW I was kind of hoping for some kind of Tingle incarnation. He's weird, he's creepy, but he is by far by favorite Zelda character after Hestu

I liked his music and thought he was a really fun character. It was nice to find him in random places, too!

I dunno why, but I just don't vibe with Penn as much.

I didn't like Penn much, but I have to admit SOAR LONG is fucking fantastic, and have you SEEN him without his goggles??
