Yes, but it's not illegal discrimination.
Pedestrians aren't a protected group, and neither are poor people.

People who can’t drive because of a disability are.

And they definitely wouldn't be turned away if they rode up in a wheelchair or mobility scooter.

Cost more than any sports car. This could be 10 years ago and he still probably making payments.

Some people who can’t drive don’t have those. Some people can’t drive because of poor eyesight.

Did you forget the /s? A pharmacy might be accommodating, but a fast food employee isn't paid enough to argue against a manager demanding cars only.
