The stroller "speed"run category is the pacifist run turned up another degree of difficulty-- you're not allowed to run or use strafes. Vytaan records his attempts to work through ep 1 under these conditions.

When I saw this in my suggestion, yeah you can beat doom without running and strafing because I did that when I first play doom.

But your added context of being a pacifist speedrun makes the video more interesting.
