we'll have a vote the same way russians get a vote. I don't like it, but that's very likely what will happen.
Problem, the states control the voting. And it would be very apparent when most of the states sound the alarm that the federal government was unconstitutionally taking that over. We have the alarm systems, we need the response, we need the outrage that such an alarm should cause.
