What were they smoking when calling it a "smart ring" in the article? This is basically a very small watch on someone's finger.

I think i love it. I have to use a timer and stopwatch a lot at work, as well as write down times.

I write with my left hand and throw with my right, which leads to using both hands interchangeably for a lot of tasks. I scrape watchfaces quite often when I get out of position by using a different hand in a weird scenario.

Plz let it be cheap!
