Very good idea to make such weapons drop without need multiple regions

But kandarin is really a screwed region compared to every other region

Yaa.. maybe they have something else we haven't seen yet up their sleeves for kamdaring. Otherwise, might not be a bad idea to combine w tiranwan like in the western provinces diary?
