Absolutely heartbreaking. Seeing where this crash took place, I can only guess that the driver failed to stop and ran right through the cross-ride.

Throw the traffic engineer in jail.

Even better, throw those that created the mandatory guidelines that the traffic engineer is obliged to follow I'm jail.

Even better, don't just throw people in jail a d have the fix the shitty infrastructure instead.
