I'm playing for the first time in my life now.

I've recently had my first kid, and as such, I need a game that I can quickly pick up and put down. Ideally, the game is also playable in long form as well.

Enter openmw for android. The only on screen controls that have ever been usable. Convenient quick save. Minimal load times.

I can hop on, play a little, and get off in a hurry if I need to. I thought I'd be stuck playing old Pokemon ROMs with save states until she hit an age of independence.

It is a community-built mod for Morrowind which aims to expand the lands of original Morrowind. Basically, Bethesda (the makers of Morrowind) originally planned to make the lands of Morrowind much bigger, but scraped a part because they were busy enough anyway. Project Tamriel wants to recreate the scraped part of the province. It is a community mod going on for over 20 years already at this point, and it is now bigger, with more quests and NPCs than original Morrowind. You basically get a second Morrowind for free! If you haven't checked it out yet, I'd heavily recommend you to do so - it is completely free, and can integrate seamlessly into the "main" Morrowind.
