So this isn't a problem with AI, it's a problem with humans.
I myself welcome the era where digital evidence is no longer valid in court, as it can be falsified in seconds.
It won’t work like that.
It’ll go by trusted sources, and since the police are considered a “trusted source” (though they probably shouldn’t be)
It’ll work like witnesses and hearsay. It can be used to convict you but not to exonerate you.
