Example:
- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
- No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

Let's say for the sake of argument that all of this is true. Donald Trump isn't in cognitive decline, he doesn't ramble, everything he says is carefully crafted and he says exactly what he means to. Those who criticize his speaking as gibberish or nonsense are just not paying attention to context. Let's assume for the moment that all of this is true.
I still don't want him as president. Why should I? I would still vote for a vat of warm, moldy pudding before I vote for him.
Not because I think he's too old. Not because I think he's senile. *Because his ideas are abhorrent. *
I find it absolutely ludicrous that anyone would believe that the best way to reduce corruption in politics is by electing the visibly corrupt. Or that the best way to get corporate money out of politics is by literally electing corporate money. Do the Christians in his thrall need reminding that not committing adultery is one of those commandments they're so keen on putting in schools and courthouses? I'm embarrassed to share a country with these people.
Many Christian’s have their head so far up their ass they don’t stop to think about what their actually voting for. All they care about is ending abortion or stopping gay people from doing literally anything. They are essentially single issue voters.
