I've decided to tackle an indoor shopping mall near me. This will be shops within a larger structure, walking paths, and other features. Is there a guide anywhere for doing this correctly?

Everydoor is a great android app for quickly contributing POIs based on standard presets. It's very efficient

It's great if the primary groundwork is already set. I don't think it allows you to add structures, etc. unless I am mistaken.

It does, but it's not really meant to. Ito add new businesses, use everydoor.
