Yeah but your Linux partition is a freak and will do whatever you want. You can even ask it to dress up like Windows or macOS is you want for some reason... it doesn't care!
That could be. But most of us go for a pretty face first, and Linux looks like she's trying to hide hers in some guy's neckbeard, soooo...
You haven't used very many DEs, have you? Linux can look far prettier than Windows, which gives you no options and you just have to hope what the corporation wants you to have is also what you want. KDE looks fairly similar to Windows 11 out of the box now. You can make it look like any edition of Windows you want, or make it your own too.
