- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

25% over 5 years works out to 4.5% a year, and he "won" that during 8% inflation.
In reality they're getting a pay cut.
