With gaming often bringing me into a really depressive headspace sometimes with how the markets are developing, whats a game you can always go to and just be lost in, or just be happy with?

Personally i would go for advance wars 1 and 2 on the gba (there is no remake and never will be)

the artstyle, the music, the game-play is just simple, yet effective, a sublime experience of very fun times.

I'm actually replaying it right now. My wife went out of town for a weekend so I resubbed to Gamepass and decided to see if anything would hold my interest. The ones that did were DA:O and Hi-Fi Rush. I've got almost 20 hours now into this replay of DA:O and I'm happy with how well it holds up to this day. I play on casual difficulty because I just wanted to go through the story again but it's so good. I really hope they can deliver a more classic experience in DA4 rather than pack it with bloat like they did in Inquisition.
