Hi! Im searching for a midi keyboard that meets these requirements:

  • has a nice feel to it, preferably slightly weighted keys (currently I have a Yamaha keyboard, that feels a little too cheap for my taste)
  • is as flat as possible, so I can store it under my desk in a drawer
  • I don't care about knobs, pads or daw control
  • maybe 40-50 keys? I'm flexible on that one

I would like to stay under 200€.

Thanks a lot!

Akai and Native Instruments will have the best semi-weighted keys, although NI might be out of your price range, which leaves Akai. I personally use a Nektar and while the keys are not as good as the two previously mentioned, I find them still better than Novation and Arturia.
