Wait...does he think that Harris is the acting POTUS just because she is the nominee for the election? That would explain all the "coup" bullshit. I thought they were just trying to delegitimize her campaign, not that they had such a fundamental failure to grasp how the US government functions.

I listen to a number of conservative podcasts. Yes. They think Harris is secretly the president. Unless it's Obama that's secretly the president. They can't keep that straight because they don't know what a consistent narrative is.
