Mitchell's Ice Cream cakes no longer offer have cake, just ice cream (lemmy.world)

The cake is still good. I don't think there are any other ice cream cake vendors in the city besides Mitchell's. I do like ice cream cake with cake on the bottom though. They are a small business so I assume it's a cost thing.

It looks like Polly Ann Ice Cream out in the Sunset still makes an ice cream cake that has cake in it. https://www.pollyann.com/menu/

Otherwise you're stuck with the corporates like Safeway, Ben & Jerrys, et al.

IDK why I thought that no one else sold ice cream cakes in the city.. I'm interested in trying both of these other establishments now that I know, but Mitchell's still holds a soft spot in my heart. Thank you for the details.

I freakin love ice cream cake. I can't explain it and don't have to!
