Automatism in the age of the children of Unix.
It's a box of antique photographs. A blade, a girl and a fish. Whatever it means, you're invested.
Now that you're a surrealist, become a Techno-Mage:

Why do I usually fail to understand what these comics are about? Someone enlighten this ignorant soul.
Previously, Mage and OpenBlade captured the elusive cyber-satyr servant of the Spirit of the Machine to ask it the most important question. It said to Mage that she shouldn't want to know the answer. She insisted. It gave her directions.
Mage and OpenBlade followed the directions and came upon a machine graveyard with dead bots, sentients and computers. One of the dead screens had "YOU WILL BECOME WHAT I AM" etched into it.
Which might be a reference to a roman grave poem with the words "you are what I once was, you will become what I am now"
:)
It's surrealism. It's in the name.
So I'm not supposed to get it?
You don't have to get it, but there is always something to get. It's not nonsense and neither is it random, but in the end, it is what you make of it.
Though this one is basically just the Mage pondering her mortality.
Okay cool, that was the basic impression I initially had
I’m with ya bud. I like it, but don’t generally get it.
Maybe you are supposed to get what you get ,,, 😉
