Anyone know what this is ? I found it in my kitchen, I am in the center of France if that helps.

Claude 3.5 said it's an aphid, but I lack the knowledge to confirm it.

Whatever it is, should I be worried ?

Pretty sure it's one of these:

I wouldn't be too worried if it's only one. They are pretty common and not really known to live indoors because they eat old leaves and plant fibers.
