Whats the percentage of YT users who use Adblock tools? i think it's a tiny number, mainly the power users.
There are people out there using YT without an ad-blocker?
well, The majority of YT users doesn't even know what is an adblocker.
edit: typo
That makes me kind of sad.
The dreams in which I'm dying...
I prefer watching on my tablet, and still got no luck with any ad blocker. Somehow I like the default YT app, so switching to something else would be hard for me…
I use NewPipe. Never seen a single add in 5+ years.
Then again I don't use a google account on YouTube.
Yes NewPipe is great, just watch what you want, no ads just the channels you're subscribed to !! But I wonder how this YouTube blocking experiment is going to affect NewPipe as it's not using a YouTube account for watching.....
I thought it was most people who use an adblock for yt atleast on pc. I only know q single person not using it
I'd be taken aback by anyone who doesn't use ad blockers. That's like internetting raw.
think old people and folks who doesn't have any tech skills ,, and usually those are the one who click an ad and do something with it. However, for us it's more the 'influence' that affect our decision to buy something, not the ads anyway, and the marketing people knows that.
