Additional options are likely to come later. For their Laptop 13, they started with Intel and now have AMD options.

The full AMD version for the Laptop 16 is the result of a partnership with AMD in the Advantage program which means AMD was involved in the design and tuning of this system which makes sense for a CPU and GPU combo laptop.

With swappable GPUs it would make perfect sense to follow up with Nvidia options in addition to future GPUs from either company.

The Laptop 13 also allows for the motherboard+CPU combo to be replaced both to upgrade but also to switch between an Intel and AMD option. It's quite a feature.
