Above-rate flample with protection and no downside? This is at least a limited B.

Nah, it's better than that.

Play it post combat and you kill any of oppo's creatures that blocked.

Add on that it either wins the game or is a two for one if oppo answers it right away and this looks to be one of the bombiest of bombs in the set.
