The process has only started yet, the current draft:
They still have to write a law and have that accepted by Bundestag and Bundesrat. 2024 maybe.
CDU can veto Bundesrat. Is there reason to believe they won't?
The aim is to word the new law in a way that it doesn't have to go through the Bundesrat. Don't ask me how exactly that's supposed to work tho.
Maybe they have to take the greens into coalition in the autumn election? Just kidding, very likely they will veto.
The worst thing about weed in Germany in the โ80s, beyond illegality, was that it was all hash. We would rejoice when someone came back from international travel with actual flowers.
You forgot playgrounds. And it's a zone of 200m diameter around the entrance of those places. In my hometown there are exactly 2 houses where it would be legal to smoke in front of, in a sea of prohibition.
