That’s why these boots usually have a plate that covers the lugnuts
Those boots are easily pried off or drilled out. Pretty sure it took lock picking lawyer like 30 seconds to get into one.
It takes LPL about 30 seconds to get into any lock
especially with some of those tools he's been marketing the shit out of lately!
