Turnabout is fair play and all that, but this is just dumb. The dude is old. Anyone that's talked a really old person sees all kind of weird stuff going on with their mouths.
This is the Trump equivalent of going after Biden because he's also shockingly not great with words and controlling his saliva. Hell, I'm not an old, and I've had one too many coffees while hungover and foamy spit was about all the spit I had.
I think we can safely assume a few things here: 1) yes, Trump has health problems. Black people couldn't use the same water fountains as white people for like the first 20+ years of his life. He's old af. 2) this is dumb ass shit, and the fact that Trump is such a low-life "politician" is the only reason this kind of meaningless attack is coming out. 3) people are realizing the felony convictions aren't going to be enough, and this reeks of desperation.
a long time ago i read that's because the older one gets, the less thirst one feels and therefore older people don't hydrate enough, if they don't actively hydrate more than they feel thirst
Certain ailments that are more common as you get older can cause less thirst.
Some medications can cause foamy saliva.
And the reason why when you get older, more stuff going on with your mouth is you can loose feeling in the lips so it’s not as noticeable to you in that you can’t feel it.
And you’ll note that I said ‘you’. cuz we all age and you and I and everyone in this post are not exempt from getting older as we speed through the time dimension. It’s not just something that happens to an entirely separate alien species we all just refer to as ‘they’.
That's very optimistic of you, as not all of us will reach old age. I'm probably not gonna make it past 60. We shall see.

It is much more than just foaming at the mouth.
Gross but reading your comment made me drool ever so slightly.
