It is on 4chan, so there's an approximately 99% chance it's completely made up, and the poster can barely lift his keyboard.
Idk they do have all the /fit/ rogan bros and no social skills meaning nothing but time for gains, sigma alphas and whatnot. Could be tbh.
50/50 chance between normal keyboard and no arm muscles whatsoever and normal arm muscles and the thickest, full metal mechanical keyboard you've ever seen.
It's wild how we all forgot ON DAY ONE what the whole point of 4chan was, which was that since there is no barrier to entry, no identity, then you as the viewer are supposed to wonder what's real or not, but always have to assume anything said is false, even if it's tantalizing. It's a game, you're not supposed to take anything seriously there... and yet the place has impacted international politics repeatedly.
