I am not sure asking admins to make political statements is the correct call here. As long as they don't silence discussion about that then it's fine.
On your instance you are not allowed to talk about the misstreatment of Muslims in China, the freedom of Taiwan, or any separatist movement in China. Your admins will ban you

I mean...I wouldn't be surprised if it was, but not for reasons that you think.
If I was an admin and someone said that I had to make a particular political statement otherwise I wouldn't be considered trustworthy and then started making assumptions about who employs me, I'd be a bit peeved as well.
I think if China's treatment of the Uyghurs is true, it is despicable, but I just don't know enough about the topic to make a solid decision on it and I don't know which sources to trust at this point. Generally, I am pro-Western, but I am fully cognizant of the fact that my country lied about WMDs to start a senseless war in the Middle East and then elected an asshat of a president that's caused racial and social economic divisions in our populace that now feel impossible to heal. So now both sides are untrustworthy. If I was an admin, I'd be super critical of any post making political statements that dont have solid sources behind them, and let's face it, a lot of political posts here do not.
Not talking tax rates here. Say the Chinas observed slavery in xianjing is wrong. That the concentration camps Chinas Muslims are being put into is a human rights abuse. That's not political friend. That's fact.
I get that you feel strongly about this, but my point is that simply demanding that other people make a political statement that aligns with your views isn't an avenue for legitimate discussion and is just as bad as what you think the other side is doing.
If you want to make a case against the admins, show some proof to backup those claims. Maybe links or screenshots to threads where the admins have been unfair to people who are posting legit news articles about the Uyghurs genocide, etc.
All I am saying is that what you're doing right now isn't enough to convince any of the new people coming from the Reddit exodus to seriously consider your claims.
EDIT: A post like this is a good example of how to start a legit discussion about this.
Almost no one who isn't employed by China has a problem saying that China enslaving Muslims and sending Muslims to concentration camps is a bad thing.
