I yearn for the day hall effect joysticks become the norm. I've had 3 PS4 joysticks drift heavily over the years.

Marius Heier on YouTube is working on a hall effect joystick replacement for the PS4 controller! He also makes USB-C boards for them, I'm waiting for one to arrive from Norway at the moment.
