FC Bayern Munich and Qatar Airways have worked together very successfully since 2018. Bayern reach an agreement with Harry Kane

Bayern Munich have reportedly reached an agreement with Harry Kane's entourage. The 29-year-old Tottenham superstar has one year left on his deal and is looking for a move away from the club after their failure to secure European football next season.

An agreement with Tottenham Hotspur is yet to be reached and remains the only obstacle in the deal, according to reports in BILD.

FC Bayern have completed the signing of Raphaël Guerreiro. The Portugal international moves to the German record champions on a free transfer after leaving Borussia Dortmund. The versatile 29-year-old, who normally occupies the left flank, has put pen to paper on a contract until 30 June 2026.

Jan-Christian Dreesen, FC Bayern CEO: “Raphaël Guerreiro has been among the best and most consistent players in the Bundesliga for years. He’s versatile and internationally experienced, and fits perfectly into our team as both a character and player. We’re very happy that we’ve been able to sign him and that he’ll be wearing the FC Bayern shirt in the future. The coach and we as management are in agreement that he will undoubtedly enhance our game.” Raphaël Guerreiro: “When the call came from FC Bayern, I made my decision fast. It’s an honour for me to be able to play for this great club, and I also regard Thomas Tuchel highly from our time together at Dortmund. I’m a player who always wants the ball – it’s about controlling the game and I want to create chances. I’ll give my all so that we win as many titles as possible. That’s the philosophy of FC Bayern.”

Both of them interesting. Sangaré had a great season at PSV though I have seen some people concerned about his distribution. Phillips is also decent but he hardly played at City. He was good at Leeds though. If we can get him for ridiculously cheap, he would be a good buy

Random question: Can we update the community logo with the Bayern badge or something similar? Would spruce up the community a bit in my opinion and look nice alongside my other communities in the list in Jerboa

Things have gone quiet at Bayern regarding the search for a new striker, and that's unlikely to change anytime soon. In the past few days, a scenario has been discussed internally - and that's giving Mathys Tel more game time as a striker next season @kerry_hau

Benjamin Pavard has reiterated in the past few days that he's determined to leave Bayern this summer. His agent is exploring the market in England, Spain and Italy. Bayern would sell for €30-40m and want to secure Kyle Walker as replacement @Plettigoal

[…] Full agreement almost reached with the agent. Salary ~€10M net / year. Huge agent's commission. Man U & Newcastle will go to other defensive options

[…] which expires at the end of this month (~ €25m/yr). The club's bosses are looking to add agreements in the contract over social projects in Qatar. The signs currently point towards an extension.

[…] as Frankfurt are well aware. But Real Madrid and Manchester United are looking too. It will take an offer of €100m or more to make Frankfurt sell the Frenchman @honigstein, @TheAthleticFC

[..] according to Sky Deutschland reporter Florian Plettenberg, Bayern’s pursuit of Kim is ‘proceeding well’.

He tweeted: “Talks about Min-jae Kim proceeding well. #FCBayern very interested in a transfer! Tuchel appreciates the player as well. Bayern has analyzed and discussed the 26 y/o.”

Plettenberg goes on to state that the final fee for Kim will be set at somewhere between €50m – €70m. And Kim’s ability to play in either centre-half position is additional quality that the Bayern boss admires.

The signing of Kim, though, could lead to the departure of Dayot Upamecano. The France defender is reportedly angling for a move away this summer, despite being a regular in their side.

Having made 82 appearances over two seasons, the 14-times capped France star has very much established himself as a regular.

However, Kicker recently claimed he is unhappy with his role under Tuchel and is considering a request to leave.

Plettenberg, though, has since denied he is pushing to leave. However, he does concede a number of big-name suitors have been in contact with his agent.

First, however, Bayern will need to get the Kim deal over the line.

According to SPORT1 information, another candidate has aroused Bayern’s interest - and may fit the profile they are looking for even better. His name: Pau Torres! The Spaniard, who plays for Villarreal FC, is in his prime at 26 and, as a left-footed player, would be ideal to take Hernández’s place. As SPORT1 learned, the people of Munich are already in contact with Torres’ management and have expressed their interest during a first scan.

Since Pavard and Hernandez are scheduled to leave Bayern, it’s good to see they’re in talks for replacements on the backline.

I think instead of making duplicates, we should push community to our fellow fediverse users. I have brought up the topic on the subreddit and also posted a link to this community. There is no great meaning to this post. There were no posts here and I felt it might deter people from joining so hence this somewhat meaningless post
