1. Stay Civil
Discussions are okay, but don't devolve them into arguments and personal attacks. Harassment and bigotry won't be tolerated.
2. The site admins have the last word
It is not for regular users to decide who will or won't become a mod. It is also ultimately the decision of the site admins whether or not a community needs new moderators in the first place.
3. Offtopic Posts
This is not a place to vent about religious beliefs, political stances or world views in general.
4. Mistakes
If you notice that a community listed here is, in fact, properly moderated and it just looked abandoned (it can happen due to federation issues) then just comment on the respective post and I'll remove it.
The same goes for communities that got adopted in the meantime.
