I thought the store got the update from the repo so theoratically should'nt the website have it if the fdroid app store is taking updates from there ( I am talking about the official fdroid app , the main repo and main site ) or is the official site and repo not the same or am i missing something ?

The website's app index is generated independently.

And F-droid takes some time to build, iirc between 3-5 days from what devs have posted.

Some releases never seem to make it to the main repo for various reasons.

Why don’t some apps show updates in fdroid when there are updates available in the App Store?
