It is a line from the movie The Shining, talking about the Overlook Hotel (where the movie takes place).

The original is a classic Kubric adaptation of a Stephen King novel.

I was there back in March too! My sister and I just ate outside at Peak 9. Fun outside vibe but wayyyyy less crowded. T-bar is always a shit show but it's just for post drinking so I didn't care so much.
