Hello again! I finally wrapped up Bluey: The Video Game with my son, and I am proud to say we collected everything! He really enjoyed visiting all the classic locations from the show. Like I said in a previous post, it’s a little rough around the edges but it does what it sets out to do for the most part and the $40 price tag makes it a little more tolerable.

I am looking forward to playing The Finals soon. Got it downloaded but haven’t really had a chance to sit down and sink my teeth into it. I haven’t played a multiplayer shooter in a while, so I’m hoping this one delivers!

I have also been plucking away at my second playthrough of BG3 and while a lot of the issues revealed themselves on playthrough 1, I am still very much enjoying it. You really can change your experience in wild ways if you want to!

So what is everyone playing right now? What do you have on the horizon?

I finally finished the last job in Cyberpunk 2077. Now I am ready for the next thing. As a fan of emulation, there are a few games where I am in the middle of the game and need to resume playing: There is Crusader of Centy and Metroid Prime. Or I start playing a new game such as Final Fantasy 7 Remake or Resident Evil 2 Remake on PC. The Finals is also interesting but that is something I would have to play on the Xbox Series S, because it does not work on a Linux PC. Baldur's Gate 3 is on my radar, but I don't know when I'm ready for as it seems to be very time consuming.

Currently going back into warframe only to realise the devs are still terrible at making engaging boss fights and their ideas on how to approach new content is really annoying. I believe they are approaching path of exile level quantities of currency. The ever expanding content islands are an archipelago at this point...

And I doubt it will ever get better, but at least the gameplay is enjoyable, and their team on making cutscenes have gotten movie quality cg good.

As for what's next, I believe helldivers 2 releases in February and it looks so good. I'm beyond excited to accidentally end my friends!
