Currently have only used Jerboa on mobile but it does not seem to have any tablet specific formatting. What apps are you guys using on tablet?

Sync for Lemmy is in development with a beta expected in a few weeks. Dev has already confirmed tablet layout in initial release.

Sync was amazing for my foldable. A regular for when it is folded and then a specific foldable view when it is unfolded

Sync for reddit had the best tablet layout on an app. Not just amongst reddit apps, just in general.

Do anyone know if its open source by any chance?

Hi there, keeping this post up given its a great question that is generally applicable to those of us brand new to Lemmy and you did share your own experiences with Jerboa. I would just flag for future reference rule 2 and that questions usually belong on [email protected].

I don't currently have an Android tablet but I find the web-based ones like Voyager/wefwef work well on larger displays even if they're not designed with them in mind. We also have a list of apps if you haven't already seen it: https://lemdro.id/post/4319 (pinned at [email protected]).

Gotcha. I'll also crosspost this over there as well

Connect for Lemmy works well on my tablet (Lenovo P11 Pro). I like the settings options for Font size and Theming to customize the look.
